1300 36 86 61 Adult Retrieval Victoria (ARV), part of Ambulance Victoria, is a single contact point for Major Trauma and Critical Care Advice, Critical Care Bed Access, and Retrieval of Critical Care Adult Patients Statewide. This statewide service is available 24 hours, 365 days a year.

1300 137 650 PIPER is available 24 hours a day for telephone advice, video consultations and for retrieval of critically ill children, infants and pregnant women in Victoria, Tasmania, and Southern New South Wales.  For all Paediatric, Neonatal and Perinatal Emergency Calls.
